Creating an API token in Span
It’s relatively straight forward to create a new API token in Span. Navigate to the Organisation page by clicking on the Organisation menu at the top of the screen, pick the organisation and team, then click “Add API Token”. The team decides which resources you’ll be able to access with the API token.
Give the token a suitable name, select “all resources” to ensure you can read all of the resources the team owns and click “Save” to create the token.
Select your team from the list if it isn’t already selected, then point to the token field and click on it to copy it to the clipboard:
